Great program and excellent mentoring by the analysts above me. Also, being able to speak about my experiences acted as a good launching off point for recruiting this year.

Advice
Try not to be intimidated by a new environment or feeling like your internship is out of your “league”. At the end of the day the people you’re working with are regular people who have insecurities about their job performance and are awkward sometimes too.
