Lincoln International's Valuations and Opinions Group ("VOG") is hiring for their Summer 2026 Analyst intern (graduation date of 2027) and Analyst full-time (graduation date of 2026) class.

Lincoln International is a middle-market investment bank that offers a range of services within the private capital markets ecosystem including mergers and acquisitions advisory, private funds and capital markets advisory, and valuation and fairness opinions.

VOG provides portfolio valuations, fairness opinions, and board advisory services to private equity and private credit funds. Within VOG, the Analyst serves as the analytical and organizational anchor and would have the opportunity to work with clients including many of the most sophisticated, blue chip institutional investment firms in the industry.

Representatives of Lincoln International will be on campus to provide additional information about the firm and the Analyst role within VOG.
